How it works

You keep your number.
We answer it.

No hardware, no app, no new phone system. One forwarding setting and a team that builds the whole thing for you.

01

We learn your business

A twenty-minute call covers your services, your hours, your service area, what you'll quote over the phone and what you never will, your top questions, and exactly what has to reach you immediately.

You talk. We build. Nothing for you to configure.

02

We build your agent

We start from a template already trained on your trade — it knows the terminology, the common calls, and where the emergencies hide — then tune it to your business specifically.

Typically three to four hours of our time. None of yours.

03

You forward your phone

Your number stays exactly where it is, with your carrier. You set it to forward when you don't answer, or forward everything if you'd rather. One setting on your phone.

Sixty seconds to turn on. Sixty seconds to turn off.

04

We test it together

You call in and hear it yourself. We adjust anything that sounds off before a single customer reaches it.

Nothing goes live until you're happy with how it sounds.

05

It answers

Every call, every hour. It asks the right questions, books the work, takes a proper message, and transfers to your cell when something genuinely needs you.

You get a text summary within seconds of every call.

06

We keep tuning it

We read the transcripts every month and fix whatever it got wrong. As your business changes, so does what it says.

Included. Not an add-on.

The questions everyone asks

Do I have to change my phone number?

No, and we'd advise against it. You keep your number with your carrier and simply forward it. That means we can never break your line — if you ever want out, you turn forwarding off and everything is exactly as it was.

What if I want to answer my own calls?

Most clients start with overflow: your phone rings first, and only the calls you don't pick up reach us. You answer everything you want to answer; we catch the rest.

Will my customers know?

They'll get a professional greeting with your business name, and someone who knows your services and can book them in. Callers routinely don't ask, and it isn't hidden if they do.

What happens with a real emergency?

You define what counts. A burst pipe, a gas smell, no heat with an elderly person in the house — those get transferred straight to your cell, or texted to you immediately if you're unreachable.

Does it quote prices?

Never. It tells the caller that every situation is different and gets them booked for a real estimate. That's a firm rule, not a setting — it protects you from being held to a number nobody meant.

Are calls recorded?

Yes, and every caller is told so in the opening line. That's a legal requirement in a number of states and simply good practice everywhere. Recordings are kept for ninety days; transcripts we keep indefinitely.

How long until it's live?

Usually the day after your onboarding call.

What if it doesn't work for us?

You turn off forwarding and stop paying. There's no contract holding your phone number hostage, because we never had it.

Hear it before you decide

A real call in your industry. No form, no phone number.
