Who we are

This booking page and the messaging behind it are operated by Scion Media, LLC ("Scion Media") on behalf of our team. Scion Media provides the Scion CRM platform; our team is the business you are contacting and the sender of any messages you receive.

What we collect

When you submit the booking form we collect the name, phone number, email address, service description, and timing you provide, along with the date and time of your submission and whether you granted SMS consent. We use this information only to respond to your request, to schedule and service the work you asked about, and to send the messages described below.

SMS messaging

If you tick the SMS consent box and provide a mobile number, our team may text you appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, technician status and arrival updates, job completion and payment receipts, and direct replies to questions you send us. Message frequency varies with the status of your job. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent is never a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe, or HELP for help. You can also email support@scionmediadigital.com or call (888) 311-8950.

We do not share mobile information or SMS consent with third parties

No mobile information, phone number, or SMS opt-in consent collected here is sold, rented, or shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the telecommunications providers required to deliver the messages you asked for, and with service providers who process data on our behalf under contract. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

How long we keep it

We retain your contact record and consent history for as long as you are an active customer of our team and afterwards only as long as needed to meet legal, tax, and TCPA record-keeping obligations. Opt-out records are retained permanently so that we do not message you again.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@scionmediadigital.com. Deleting your record does not remove an opt-out from our suppression list.

Children

This service is intended for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
