SMS program

our team sends service-related text messages through Scion CRM, a platform operated by Scion Media, LLC. Messages are limited to appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, technician status and arrival updates, job completion and payment receipts, and direct replies to questions you send us. We do not send unsolicited promotional texts.

How you opt in

You join the program by ticking the SMS consent box on this site's booking form and submitting your mobile number. The box is unchecked by default and is never a condition of booking work or of any purchase — you may leave it unticked and we will contact you by email or phone instead. You may also opt in verbally during a call with our team, or by texting YES to a message asking you to confirm.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on the status of your job. Typically you will receive between 2 and 8 messages per job.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. our team and Scion Media do not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop all further messages. You will receive one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply START or UNSTOP to rejoin.

Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and Virgin Mobile. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
